・The locations of habitats of important species and important plant communities confirmed through the field surveys conducted for this Project.

Any person who wishes to express opinions on the Draft EIS from the perspective of environmental conservation may submit written comments.
Please provide your address, name, and opinion (including the reasons for your opinion) in Japanese. Submissions may be made by placing the completed opinion form in the designated opinion box at the inspection locations or by postal mail to the address below.
Opinions must be received no later than Friday, April 17, 2026 (postmark valid on the deadline date).
